For example, mocking Dirk's illness in the Finals; crying in the locker room after a loss of a *regular season* game; Wade and LeBron always having press conferences after every game loss - instead of normal talks in the locker room like the rest of the league's teams. They acted like stupid kids here, and got spanked in the Finals for it lol
