I wouldnt say hes better. They both have different styles of skting. Daewon couldnt do the tech freestyle things that rodney does, and Mullen couldnt do the crazy stylish manual flips thats song does. So I'd say its even.

The second one is definitely Styles Of Beyond, but it's definitely NOT called Tech Nine, seeing as how Styles Of Beyond don't even fucking have a song called Tech Nine. The closest I've gotten to figuring out the real song is another song called Nine Thou (superstars remix). The lyrics don't seem to match up very well though.

when i first started skating around '02 this was my favorite video part, then about a year later i stopped payin attention to daewon then about another year later he blew the fuck up. i think its cool that everyone is realizing hw sick wit it daewon is, but i think this era in his career was his best, i loved his style and energy in his parts
