you need to press brake before the start, and on "Go!" you should instantly release the brake and press gas. check my vid on same trick on another block that is easyer to do imo "trackmania 2 canyon start bug block 2-1-2
Seriously? How is this a bug? I put this up on the Maniaplanet-Forum and I'll say it here. Have you guys ever even played any other racing games? So many games use the turbo-start as a legit -feature- that it's really only the simulation racers that don't. Last time I checked, TM has -never- been a sim racer.
@TShafe88 Trackmania is a game which gives EVERYONE the same chances. And a feature is definitely not a feature if it has never been mentioned in any official sources
@TShafe88 For instance, in games that have such kind of start, it's hardcoded. In TM² it's not, that's why it's a bug. Nadeo already said that they work on fixing it
@TShafe88 It would not be a bug if everyone knew about it, but as it is, I only just realised today after several perfect races I was still behind.. asked how and they said its the start bug.. cheating buggers (makes me wonder how many damn races iv lost in the last week or 2 because I didnt know). It goes against the whole point of trackmania, that is everyone is equal, only pure driving skills and practice should be the decider, moreso in trackmania than any other arcade racing game Iv played.
