I have the same receiver! Problems with LSB but it works very good! I can tune the LSB but 5 kHz lower if frequency. Soon I will post a video.....

This receiver was sold as "AKD Target HF-3" and "Nasa HF-4E" in Europe. This is the first time I see it under the SI-TEX brand.
