Now she is trying to use it to keep a father from him own son so much for family values. This time the public is watching though so hopefully she won't get away with it.

Wasilla was dubbed the 'meth capital' after Palin had already left as mayor. While she was mayor, however, Wasilla DID become the fastest growing city in Alaska. And all she has done with regard to Levi was not allow him to LIVE with her teenage daughter, which is common sense, she's a teenager. So I'm not sure what she's trying to "get away with" here.

Actually he ended up saying he did not use protection every time.. just almost every time. I see no reason to decide who is lying and who is telling the truth... Even if Levi is a huge liar it makes no difference... In America fathers are not denied joint custody and unsupervised visitation based on weather or not they are honest 100% of the time. It is wrong for the Palins to act as though they get to make all the decisions regarding the baby when he is the father. I feel sorry for the baby.

Except HOW many times did Tyra have to ask him to get him to admit that? He's also said that he can go over there WHENEVER he wants to see his son. The guy now says that he'd like to get some acting or modeling jobs out of this... I don't know how you could defend him. He's not THAT bad a kid, but he's the one that made a poor decision... People want to focus on Sarah Palin in all of this because of how famous she is, but really, the Governor is the one at the center of this.

That withheld evidence was the work of the Bush administration. Does that seem odd, to you? I think it was done on purpose to exonerate Sen. Stevens. He will run again and claim a breach of justice. Sen. Stevens is gearing for the next campaign. He will be quiet for now. He will be on the hunt, using excuses, and Gov. Palin will be a big supporter. It is all about lies and control.

I think that there may be more to the embargo of Cuba than meets the eye. I suspect that the US Gov has a strong indication that Cuba/ Castro was involved in the JFK assasination...not a smoking gun necessarily, but circumstantial ties. Oswald had ties to Cuba and New Orleans...Mobster Trafficante had ties to Cuba and New Orleans and Hated JFK...Castro Hated JFK...the Mafia hated both John and Bobby and apparently talked about taking JFK out at some level...lots of little ties.

The conviction is being overturned for procedural violations. That doesn't mean Stevens is innocent of the crime, only that the prosecution tainted the trial by breaking the rules. There was enough evidence for a jury to agree that he was guilty of the charges.

How the hell does Matthews get all the way to "the charges should never have been brought?" Stevens has not been declared innocent by any stretch - the charges have been dropped because of prosecutorial misconduct. That in no way invalidates the original charges - it is instead an acknowledgment of how badly the Bush DOJ prosecutors mishandled the case and have so tainted it that there is no way now to proceed. Perhaps unConvicTed should send some of those gifts he never used to Monica Goodling.

He's probably guilty, but i never thought he should go to jail. The crimes he commited weren't that big a deal, and he lost re-election. He's also too old, so I think in it's own way, this has worked out well. But that's just my opinion.
