  • Cool stuff. Thanks for the post.

  • I like these moves as a drill, but you should drill the way you fight. In this your drills don't work only because as soon as your or your attacker gets cut all the rest of your moves go right out the window. For example I was in a demonstration & I was told to stay standing so my teacher could run all of his counter , I was in the process & his gi. Clipped my eye ball & I went right down hands to the face. Needless to say I blew the rest of his counter attack & he was stuck with nothing but ai

  • just ran accross your channel , great job ! I knew the first 2 techniques from vunaks videos, but I am def gonna try the rest , thanks for posting , the slow mo makes it easy to follow.

  • great vid. true tribal warfare

  • Awesome vid.............where is the school located?

  • @expara1 We are located in the Chicago area. Check out my other channel, Rapid Fighting Arts for more of our martial arts clips. If you like, please subscribe. That would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

  • you can do it slow and then add a 'real' speed section to your demo.

  • @ShihanElixon01 I've bled many times in training and out and I must say, sometimes it's been kind of artistic. Is poetry art? :)

  • @ShihanElixon01 NO WAY!!! is that what happens in a knife fight? Another mind blower! I had no idea that having fun with knives and a REAL knife fight are two different things! WOW!

  • Vunak is the man, thank you for sharing this!

  • @chimibert Yes he is! Thanks for commenting :)

  • @HarperDearMilo Is one of the best flow drills I have ever seen, is so logical and fluent, is like seeing poetry of motion indeed. Keep the good work!

  • Thank you for a great demo! I have found the filipino arts to be very easy to blend with other styles. This stuff will make you better at all martial arts. Thanks again!

  • Good job guys. Not sure why there are so many negative comments but I understand your purpose for the videos and apprecitate them. Vunak is the best.

  • give the guy a break, he`s told you why he`s doin it slow... PFS is an effective survival street system, Paul Vunak, look him up, the guy knows what he`s doin! @ harperdearmilo keep up the good work, train hard, the arts must live on!

  • Way too slow.

  • @machinesix speed up, try reading!

  • Too many steps you'd be cut 10 times before you could complete these moves

  • @bluewolftruth As I admitted before. Yes cuts would be made and death would occur. Yet another genius observation!

  • you have no clue what flow drills are for

  • @youngacal3 so enlighten us all then.

  • @grambo41,,

would you start playing a game of HORSE in the middle of a basketball game?

how about running over & doing tackling drills in the middle of a football game?

    no?

then why would you think this is how a Kali guy would fight? It's a training tool for timing, distance, entry, etc.

Stop Youtube hating, pick up a knife, and come train with us.

  • Some of that stuff is no good man. I suggest you find another teacher who knows their stuff. You are going to get cut.

  • All of it is no good in a fighting sense. This is not how we fight. they are just drills to develop flow and technique. we just DFTS when we fight. no room for flash in combat.
