@kekoa1013 Cuz he sees a crumbled old Cardboard box next to the barrel. He always hides in his cardboard box, but as is emphasised in every MGS game, the "cardboard box is just made out of paper". So if it gets wet or shot, it will be destroyed. Snake thus kinda upgraded from box to barrel :p

He talks to Emma while she is going over the pipes (than he has diarrhea) and in Snake Eater you talk to his dad (which is called johnny too^^) he gets diarrhea too
