Willis is playing a spell back role and he is still very effective when given his opportunities, I think just with his injury history they are reducing his load this year, besides it'd be better to have 3 fresh healthy backs (leron mclain) going into playoffs than just one or two or be all banged up on IR (Denver RB's last year)
