@mockingrab you have never killed a duck in your life any real duck hunter knows that you cant really sneek up on a duck. ducks are very cautious and alert animals at any noise or any movement they hear or see they take off and they will hear and see you way befor you are even close to the pond.
@mockingarab first of all we have to find the ducks in the first place to see where their going then you have to be spotless to trick the geese and ducks and you have to hike about 2 miles with really freaking heavy decoys on your back or use a boat. when your shooting you just sit there and water whack them now dont you thijs is the whole fun of duck hunting right here. this is basically my life so go ahead and talk krap about it but this is what is fun not just pass bye shooting.
@mockingarab guessing you have probably never been hunting in your life... the only way to look for the ducks and kill them is to jump ponds (sneak up on them and shoot like hell) That is not even hunting... thats called killing!

@dirtd3vils Yes, i find that these patterns work excelent for ducks.. i have a 20 decoy spread and this works all the time for me

It's possible to flush them withing shooting distance (20 Yards) I've done it plenty of times, even with geese during the early early morning.

@mockingarab Decoys are half the fun, although i cannot afford half of the ones he had, i have 6 floaters and 12 land.
