  • i've never been a fan of this type of painting but seeing the work of Peter here has made me change my mind. you can really get some smashing effects that draw you in and bring life into the painting. i like it very much!!

  • Peter also has a new book out now and available on Amazon Painting Light In Oil published by Batsford Books

  • I am saving up for the DVD. I can not wait.

  • This is an inspirational DVD. It could help with how subject matter is interpreted.

  • very inspiring...nice and loose application, and just enough detail...your sense of colour is amazing

  • Peter is great ! but I wish in this video he explained more than just saying how happy he is with his finished painting... hope the new video is better :)

  • Wicked Peter - this has really inspired me............

  • Talking of banging things in... I bang my head against a wall. I just can't get my head around seeing a painting in my mind's eye from a photograph. How do you decide what to leave in and how 'sketchy' you want the picture to be? I end up with a poor photographic copy!

    Nice work..

  • Do buy the DVD. I did and it has helped my painting a massive ammount
