keith you seem like an awesome guy. you made a really nice tune and i can tell your totally well versed with renoise. very professional and beautiful work dude please dont ever stop :D
Your music is what tipped me over the edge into buying renoise, I just want to say cheers. Its been one of the most monumental turnarounds in terms of my creativity, such a flexible program. This song is a masterpiece too. I love everything aboout it, how it progresses, the synths and sounds.
Keith303 always seemed to me like the "BT" of the tracker scene - someone pusing the envelope of the available technology while still maintaining musical integrity and a sense of compositional sophistication. I still have the original files for "Anxiety Express" and "Bassdrums in Heaven", and this new work put a smile on my face just like those classics :) Great job on the video as well, was it running under Linux? Anyway, keep up the good work!
you're an inspiration man.. am learning the ropes with Renoise and loves its simple workflow.. is there a full version of this tune for download anywhere??
I really like the use of the Medusa rattle sample from "Clash of the Titans" with the Bioshock sample of the Doc; adds a new dimension to the "darkness" of her train of thought! XD
amazing... you are a god. back in the track days, and even till now. this song is pumping. so much little details here and there. unbelievable detail.
the guy above my name was screwin around under my account.. sipdawg.... so i dont suggest anything since i didnt write the comment well i'd only suggest you keep up the good work
You're the greatest! I've been following you since the mod days. Can you please tell me what VST you used for the bass? which can be heard well around 3:02 on the full track ??
i'd really like to do so, but on the one hand there's the financial problem (for the actual pressing) and on the other i doubt i'd find proper ways of distribution.
but still i have plans to do something in that direction as soon as i have an adequate number of tracks on hold for a coherent release.
faved! wow, just tell me how many cores you use for that ^^ im new to renoise, wanna ask if the groove settings for the song are the only options or also track specific?
this song was done on a E6600 (intel core 2 duo), even though i've meanwhile upgraded to quad.
but as in most other sequencers too, you can always render CPU intensive tracks to sample (similar to bouncing/freezing) in order to free some resources.
the groove settings are always set song-bound and are meanwhile also automatable (>=v2.0). besides that, there are also a couple of other ways to create shuffled beats (note delays, BPM changes every quaver note).
Wicked, I'll be with the UKScene. I've been a follower of your mods for ages, I remember your Seven Days and One Week remix, and eer mak amov or whatever it was called, classic stuff. I was thinking about getting a few dance music sceners and making a mix CD of all new material, perhaps we'll talk at the party...?

@sHaio0m that little window is what renoise does with VSTi that have no own GUI. In this case it's the "MDA JX10"
