  • 5:07 gives chills

  • @naturecollision this track is hyyyype

  • could you release the track in full quality and full lenth (like in this video) somewhere? would love to listen to it in car with subwoofer :)

  • At 3: 59 a screen pops up in the center of the pattern editor.. what is that? Thanks!

  • @sHaio0m that little window is what renoise does with VSTi that have no own GUI. In this case it's the "MDA JX10"

  • Absolutely amazing track. Might be even better than my previous favourite eer amak et amorv'e... :)

  • Your music is what tipped me over the edge into buying renoise, I just want to say cheers. Its been one of the most monumental turnarounds in terms of my creativity, such a flexible program. This song is a masterpiece too. I love everything aboout it, how it progresses, the synths and sounds.

Really nice vid, look forward to seeing more.

  • cool as fuckin hell, I do mostly admire tracker musicians

  • nice to see the master at work again, if any one knows how to use renoise it's him

    ,

and to use an old skool term big up nuff respecta.

  • I may be asking for too much, but do you have the long version available in mp3 somewhere?

  • the small break on 6:11 if awesome!!! You, my friend, are a fine example of how tracking gets done. I love your music

  • my fav part: 5:12 forward...

  • wonderful, sort of reminds me of his old .xm White Lined Motion

  • Keith303 always seemed to me like the "BT" of the tracker scene - someone pusing the envelope of the available technology while still maintaining musical integrity and a sense of compositional sophistication. I still have the original files for "Anxiety Express" and "Bassdrums in Heaven", and this new work put a smile on my face just like those classics :) Great job on the video as well, was it running under Linux? Anyway, keep up the good work!

  • @00clone99

    thanks for your appreciation.

i also adore (most of) BT's music.

btw: no linux here, WinTel all they way ;)

  • @keithX303 who's this BT? any videos of him here on utube? does he use Renoise too?

    thanks...

    awesome song btw keithX303!!

    keep it up!

  • you're an inspiration man.. am learning the ropes with Renoise and loves its simple workflow.. is there a full version of this tune for download anywhere??

  • Hey, how did you automate your VST parameters? I'm a complete noob here.

  • why can't we have the full version?

  • I really like the use of the Medusa rattle sample from "Clash of the Titans" with the Bioshock sample of the Doc; adds a new dimension to the "darkness" of her train of thought! XD

  • great tracker, even better musician... this is pro.

  • is there full version available to download please?

  • awesome track...good job masterpiece elektro

  • This is so good I let out a little fart in excitement.

  • hey... Klaus i do not wanna make children using superwave :>

  • you can make kids with synth1, and beer.

  • yeaa, man! that's right. i don't like most of vst's but SYNTH1 is great job.

  • Nice! Know your tracks since Radical Rhythms days... greetings

  • ...and nice to see your still tracking dude :) Keep it up.

  • whoa... keith303 ... I haven't heard that name since like..... I used a modem 15 years ago.

  • I`m lookdawg and i dont understand why you set the LPB to 8...

  • what would be your suggestion?

  • I think you do it so you have more resolution between the beats...

  • the guy above my name was screwin around under my account.. sipdawg.... so i dont suggest anything since i didnt write the comment well i'd only suggest you keep up the good work

  • =) + 7.52 = :p

  • Thats a cool beat :D

  • You're the greatest! I've been following you since the mod days. Can you please tell me what VST you used for the bass? which can be heard well around 3:02 on the full track ??

  • you can see that VSTi at 0:58 :)

    it's free, btw.

  • thanks man! you must have some nasty patches for superwave! ;-)

  • oh wow - keith303 is back!

used to listen to your FT2 tunes back in the 90s - whitelined motion , analog hotsteps and more.. great to see you back again.

    awesome tune btw..

  • your programming skills are godlike, greets

  • Just love this song! Keep the good UNZ come, Keith! :D

  • Wow amazing stuff man. I realise I have a lot to learn when hearing stuff like this.

I have listened your tunes from Early 90's. FT2 etc... Your style and ideas to write tunes is one of the best I have ever heard.

    - iSot

  • Thanks a lot for the encouraging words!

    Glad you like :)

  • I´d love this piece on vinyl, have you ever thought of releasing it, say for example 500 pieces or something?

  • i'd really like to do so, but on the one hand there's the financial problem (for the actual pressing) and on the other i doubt i'd find proper ways of distribution.

but still i have plans to do something in that direction as soon as i have an adequate number of tracks on hold for a coherent release.

  • faved! wow, just tell me how many cores you use for that ^^ im new to renoise, wanna ask if the groove settings for the song are the only options or also track specific?

  • this song was done on a E6600 (intel core 2 duo), even though i've meanwhile upgraded to quad.

but as in most other sequencers too, you can always render CPU intensive tracks to sample (similar to bouncing/freezing) in order to free some resources.

the groove settings are always set song-bound and are meanwhile also automatable (>=v2.0). besides that, there are also a couple of other ways to create shuffled beats (note delays, BPM changes every quaver note).

    hope this helped ;)

  • it did! added you on myspace ^^

thx and the theme you use - is it stock or custom?

  • thanks everyone for the kind words!

i'm currently working on an album ('bout time after 17 years i guess) where this version will be available in high quality as well.

thanks again for the moral support, ppl :)

  • K303 AWESOME! Are you coming to Breakpoint this year?

  • if nothing fails, i'll be there.

so let's have a beer or two :)

  • Wicked, I'll be with the UKScene. I've been a follower of your mods for ages, I remember your Seven Days and One Week remix, and eer mak amov or whatever it was called, classic stuff. I was thinking about getting a few dance music sceners and making a mix CD of all new material, perhaps we'll talk at the party...?

  • I grew up on acid techno and I must say that this some of the finest shit that I have heard.

  • Keith,

Absolutely brilliant work! You are quite an inspiration!!! =]

  • as stated dblue, the progression is quite interesting!

  • I really enjoy your stuff!!

Keep on making these brilliant tracks!!!

  • FT2 hero! Still producing, wow!! Love this track!!

  • The god of renoise

  • awesome music and good mixing :)

  • I had no choice... I Subscribed! ;)

    Amazing tracks!

  • Great tune Keith!

I can't imagine how much time you spend on automating everything in Renoise (saw Superwave8 how well automated, awesome)!!

    have a nice day.

    RiX

  • Yess. I defintly like it! vn vid; brought a big&brightt smile, remembering this times and enjoing it!

  • Keith, you're great. Greetings from Spain!

  • Interesting structure and progression, top notch production and sounds... a kickass track overall!

  • dblue! thanks for the comment. glad to hear you enjoyed it =)
