@afatlemur2010 They increase your top speed, so a smart racer would find it ideal to get a lot of them. It makes the difference between 1st and 2nd. Also, collecting them is the only way to unlock kart parts. They're a pretty big part of Mario Kart 7.

the colors look like like that because its turned on in 3-D

( the 3-D glasses are red and blue ... thats a clue to why the video looks like this but you did a great job :) i like it

Also, the color probably came from the fact that the LCD screen is being recorded.

The image would be blurred if it was on 3D.

i got MK7 Dec1st and im going to point out some really important things u should no bout mk7 that reviewers dont seem to mention

Firstly There is NO offline vs mode this really pissed me off seeing that you can never select a particular level to race on (unless your doing time trials)

You cannot see other players names online when you race with them that also means you cannot see there star ranking and if you join a friends game u dont even know who your friends are

But Its Still Awesome tho

I feel like this Bowser's Castle is a little... lacking? Like, there should be more obstacles or something. It looks kinda empty on the track between 1:06 - 1:25, as well as in some other areas. Maybe more fireballs flying all over the place. :B
