BS!...What is the RANGE of your night vision? If this was farther away it is just amplified light which is NOT a function of ACTUAL night vision. Its just noise or a very close pair of bugs or very distant. Objects within the range of night vision will have their shapes exposed and even their true color to some extent. Night vision for skywatching is totally bullshit. Read your unit's Specs and then you will understand why NOT A SINGLE ASTRONOMER uses this stuff.
Wow, that's a good capture. What luck! I saw one like that with the naked eye one night up in the northwest. At first I thought it was a shooting star or a satellite, but then it turned and did an 'S' move.
It defiantly seemed to change direction. That seems to fit with the Unidentified Flying Object bit. I can not think of anything natural or terrestrial to fit that. Then again, I'm not an astronomer... Could be a black hole farting for all I know...
Night vision lets you see the UFOs that are just outside Earth's atmosphere. Don't hate until you've tried it. You need military-grade night vision goggles and a clear sky (in other words out in the country, not in the city). Then you will find them. Best time to watch is just after sundown, when the sky is dark but the sun is still hitting the crafts.
It approaches the arrow - shaped swarm of lights. Pause vid at 0:05. That's not a constellation of stars that I know about. The arrow - shape tail changes at 0:06 to straight line. Very interesting.
Hi ace, I saw two shooting stars the other night, no that was a controlled little space motor scooter, with what was the degree angle of those turns? 90 180???
No shooting star, you can tell by how it started of as a slow pace downward then made a sharp right and literally sped off. Shooting stars don't do that. They're much like meteors in which they just shoot in one direction at one speed.

It seems the guy who shot the footage didn't realize it was a UFO until he went back to see the "shooting star".

There's a definate wobble on the flight path on that thing, bit like the back end on a big CC motorbike going into a corner too fast.
I think you're right - not a shooting star.
