  • Great exercise. However, I prefer to use a machine for this exercise because it feels a bit unpleasant to me. Maybe I use too much weight.

  • Clifta...would you believe I am doing over 100 pushups a day(on my knees of course) but I still get the burn...I do 50 at a time....yesterday...i did my first set of 25...I'M WOWING MYSELF! I might not be able to see the muscles right now but I know they are getting worked!
