Is there anybody out there that has heard of Al Kaola? he was a legendry guitar player, I can remember him playing a song called "Walking the floor over you" if any of you have it, is there any chance of you posting it on Youtube. I would be grateful.
When Ricky Skaggs joined Emmylou shortly before this, he was joining "the Hot Band" which was and IS considered the best back-up band ever assembled. Ricky was shocked that they didn't know the "rules" and Harmonies of a bluegrass band and had to teach them. This is some of the tasty results.
I'm so glad that you posted this song with Ricky Skaggs and Emilou Harris. Someone else had a 1979 version that had to be removed due to copyright violations. I hope this one sticks. I'm going to put it in my favourites.

@ragtimeD The rest of the band was a bunch of hippies who hung around Graham Parsons. Not to say that is bad, in fact it is good!!

Great moments in Paris. I have a copy of the French television video. I wish i posted it, but don't mean to get no trouble with the copyright.
One thing bothers me: They didn't show us Albert Lee's and Frank Reckard's fine guitar solos from close.

I know a guy who looks quite like Ricky Skaggs, only he has no talents, poor wretched creature
