im 18, and looking into buying my first property. like u say on a recent video "those who enter into projects with rose colored glasses" seems to be me, im currently living in australia i dont expect u to know the market over here, but do u think it is similar? is it wise to invest my first property in a diffrent country affected by the economic crysis alot bigger then what australia is?

Australia is similar. The terms and permits are a little different, but the major pitfalls and deal killers are the same.
Australia is actually doing better economically right now. But there are pockets of growth everywhere, if you look hard enough.
Stick to Australia for now.
