@graffitiphat BIOS *can* effect performance, and I don't just mean via overclocking, generally it will not though, but in cases of really bad firmware it can causes all sorts of issues that might not be readily apparent.

Do you actually think terran likes making marines? A unit that can easily get mass owned by banelings anyway? No they don't but its the only unit that can somewhat effectively deal with mutas. And no thors cant do that, they just have to split up and still get owned by mutas

@boarderke Marines are actually really good vs muta's and even banelings, IF managed well. And thats exactly what the pros are doing atm, making tank marines against mutas blings, because it just does the job so well

@boarderke every Terran loves his marines, marines are probably the most generally used unit in the game, they can basiclly deal with anything. Sure lings are a good unit for zerg, but not used as much.zelots are good meatshields and good for early game cheese.

hey psy to easy inject you can hotkey all your queens on 5 and hatches on 4 and when u vomit you do it on minimap its way easier when youre fighting and creep queens on 6 7 9 and 0 for upgrades :) glad to help

He uses the queen per hatchery trick where he centers the hatchery on the middle of the screen every time and an injection takes him less than a second. He prefers this because he can see that he has injected them plus check on his base while he is at it. Look up his video. It's pretty informative

Updating your BIOS rarely improves performance whatsoever. It usually just fixes motherboard bugs. Keeping your computer clean is what keeps it fast, so it will probably have been uninstalling something. The first thing I do when fixing someone's computer is remove crap they don't need and remove as much as possible from their startup registry keys. I can usually at least double the performance of a slow PC like that.

@MaZe741 to be precise, queens should even be below 0 energy, they should get -2 per injection ;)(I always Inject on perfect timings, especially when im under no pressure, its one of my pro thingies, i got a build in stop watch which tells me when to go to my queens :P(its not really usefull but it can get you from rank 5 grandmasters to rank 4 perhaps, but its really unneccesary for me(diamond))

@Fartssmellgood Try timing pushes instead of attacking blindly like this guy did. The drop was pretty effective, and if he sieged from low ground earlier the third base would probably just be a hatchery with no saturation.

@Fartssmellgood I'm a diamond level zerg, and ya... terran on big maps is rough. I can only think of perhaps going for blue flame helions. Not as a main army thing, but maybe about four or so for a bit of map control and harrass. Helions are cheap and if you just happen to not notice them on the map, they can destroy and entire base of drones in seconds.
