No the top 3 espadas are not vastro lords think about it. Aizen will not kill off Halibel if she was vastro. Just because it 2 people to defeat them dosn't mean they are Vastro. The only one that is vastro will be ichigo. They whouldn't kill off vastro lords with so much hype going into the battle. I think once Aizen creates the King key is when we will see Vastros.

You can read the wiki or find the video here on youtube to see Halibel as a vasto lorde before Aizen recruits her.

Now you have holows, Hollows are demi holows(eng dub) that have completed there encrouchment. This means there still there human soul but by the time they become gillian by transformation they can't remember there past human life(proof that some hollows remember there human life is orihimes brother)from as as far as i can tell. But needless to say when killed by a soul reaper you'll remember rukia told ichigo it cleanses the soul and then there reborn in soul society without memory.

In the show bleach, when a person dies he is brought to Rukon district(eng version) and live out the remainder of their lives. After this there reborn as a soul and some strong ones become shinigamis. When you die as a shinigami your reincarnated as a human. This is how they keep a balance. This is the reason they had to kill the quincies. when they killed hollows, they destryed the soul itself.....

kenpachi says it during his fight with Ichigo, his sword is always in its released form. this form is 'shikai" or the true form, this is similiar to Ichigo's in that Ichigo is able to use his shikai without his sword changing, and likewise why his sword is a giant claymore, unlike all the other shinigami, kenpachi's is unique shaped as well, which is cool. As to what it does? Well, easy! Probably something similiar to Ikkaku's, a little more creative and powerful, and a huge spirit boost.

While it is indeed true that just knowing the name isn't the entire process, it is probably the first step. (I think Kenpachi skipped it somehow.) Regardless, it was mentioned during Ichi vs Kenny that Kenpachi's blade is always in its released form. ^^. Good week to you sir!
