I´m a kettlebell athlete and want to ask if you can have the same "badass workouts" with clubbells that you have with kettlebells, when your 10 mins are around you just want to vomit. So, can clubbells be used for extreme strength endurance 6 conditioning?
@BeZotti ""badass workouts", when your 10 mins are around you just want to vomit." Yes it can, just as it can with any training tool. It's all in how you apply it. Of greater interest to me is being able to eek out those high intensity sessions in a way that overall give you a bigger bang for your buck. Keep an eye out on my channel here over the next month. I'm releasing the latest instalment of my Clubbell Evolution Series soon. I think it will strike a chord with the KB athlete community.
You made think bone density when you mentioned "skelital structure" Ive been curious for awhile about weather or not standard resistance training is better for strengthoning the bones since it obviosly puts more stress on them and the same with club bells only with cartilage and ligaments. Any thoughts?
@jsamboy Bone density increases with weight bearing resistance exercise. Body doesn't know the difference between dumbbell/clubbell/push-up, etc. It only knows resistance. So we can maintain bone density thru bodyweight training. What makes a difference is how our training causes our body to adapt (creating a build up of tension patterns in muscle/connective tissue that become a hinderance). Depending on whether your training address's that or not plays a significant role in health/performance.
