  • labai grazus miestukas pats buvau kelis kartukus

  • Gorgeous and cute with the family footage! Rothenburg ODT rocks the casbah!! We had a GREAT time there!! Thanks for the video!!

  • Rothenburg ist die schööööönste Stadt Deutschlands. man kommt sich vor wie in einen Märchen der Brüder Grimm.

  • What most of you guys probably don't know:

More than 75% of Rothenburg were destroyed during WW2, because Nürnberg was under clouds and our American friend needed a target for their bombs...

I know this as two of my grandgrandfathers helped to extinguish this fire...

  • Hi...no just 40% damaged in WW2

  • i agree with that. i must've been german in a previous life. i love the old towns

  • What a great town...loved germany. I miss it; I want to return as soon as possible. You germans are so lucky to be living in such beautiful surroundings.

  • OMG...I was there on my EuroTour and it was amazing...this is such a German city... I js made a video about it, and how 60 exhcnage students invaded it...

    Nico

  • It was beautiful when I went. It's hard to believe that people actually live in such beautiful places every day.

  • Aww, wow I'm really missing Germany right now. Just a month ago I was actually in this city, and it's simply crazy to be back home again. Rothenburg is an amazing city.

  • Hey, we're not all bad--and that was a long time ago.

I don't understand people who hold onto grudges like that one, when the current generation is not the one that made that awful mistake (and believed me, I am absolutely ashamed of the people who did it). Go blame the actual bombers--not all Americans. Like I said, we're not all idiots (even though a large number of us may be. Our President Bush is certainly one of them).

  • I guess that's why so many dollars went into repairs.

    Americans were happy to help.

  • This is a walled town and well worth a visit. No cars allowed in except for delivery at certain times and the only 364 day a year Christmas shop in the world. Just off of Autobahn 7 about 60km south of Wurtzburg. Don't miss it.
