Its MPH so it US because I have both US, EU and JAP. EU and JAP use KM/H

Yeah, believe it or not, it takes a while to master using that glitch. There should be a video about an FTO quickly gaining speed off a wall at Test Course. This was just a GameShark code that re-simulated the whole acceleration thing.
