my ncard got formated and now it dosen't work how can I get the xmenu file back

@OkiPanoki it's ok I found the answer on another site
just format the nds by pressing the start + select on the start up
and every thing is back to normal

You should never charge and turn on your DS at the same time. You could easily overheat/burn/destroy your DS.
That happened to my friend, so just giving you a heads up (:
