Hi Mitz. Its me again well I was finally able to delete the exact files you said but now my website is not comin out only one of the google ads. What can I do if my hosting company"BrainHost" is not helping me out at all?

i tried doing that everything looked perfect untill i pressed install word press. It said The installation can not be completed:

and then it gave me a lot file names.. what do i do now? please help me ive been trying day and night and i can't get to my dash board..
