Past time for solar in Texas! Totally worth it to let the City of Austin help you install solar panels. Should we volunteer to give presentations to other municipalities in TX about how Austin has run its solar program? Why not all over this hot, car-infested state???

NIce job! I would like to go solar even in Seattle. In Texas it really should be a no brainer - get those guys and gals that were building cars for GM to build solar panels instead!
