max's d best ever...i missed this place. the number one restaurant where you can find verry good food, friendly and accomodating staff with thier excellent service...MAX'S D BEST!!!
I used to go there in 2005 and 2006 when i was in cebu, i used to have pork chops there very good place........

every time i have been to cebu i have found the people genuinly friendly, it's a lovely place and i will def visit again
