brother...."who ever has there picture taken" is not there in the arabic hadith you quoted....n moreover there were no cameras at that time... wat the Prophet (Peace, Blessing and Prayers of Allah be upon him) meant was that those who make statues, paint pictures, etc... will be thrown in fire...but majority of the scholars agree that taking pictures with camera is a different case...coz in a camera its lyk the reflection of the person is stored in the memory n no hand painting is involved....
