@R3n3s0nyk1ll turn the game off or when you're in the museum, go to where you entered, turn around and walk a bit and you'll see an exit, it's not to hard, then it'll just ask you if you want to go or not.

In game Menu+Extras+Skins if you have finished/played Ratchet and Clank Quest for Booty you will have it there i believe.

You visit it, loook around at a few things but thats it's. Even after you leave it will always have the green aura thing around it on the map (when you're in space).

It just means visit the Museum. Look aorund at the things and then you'll be done. You don't have to look at everything. I've completed R&C ACIT for over 3 weeks now and I still haven't seen everything in the Museum

Problems? I didn't have problems when I got the trophy. All you have to do is help all those ships that have: run out of fuel, are under attack, battery bots have gone or need you to go get something. Same with the depots. Just in case you didn't know

There is nothing in Secret Agent Clank, but Size Matters has the "Treehouse", the teleporter to which is located on the junkyard planet (I think only between 3:00 and 4:00; I'm not totally sure).
