i payed my druid friend 3k to summon it for me, and i got it after only 8 days. Totally worth it. It is the coolest ground mount in game imo. I love it so much.

This mount uses the same animations as the raptor models/mounts. Basically a feathered skin of a raptor mount. I love it and I know how lucky I am to have one!

I got this mount the day before 3.1 came out. I was lucky, and on the 16th run it dropped for me. Counting some respecs and paying for a guildie's alt druid for his epic flight cost me a total of 7k, but it's worth it. I'm proof that with a lot of gold plus some good friends, some time everyday in Sethekk, and a lot of luck, you too can get this adorable mount. I'd recommend to start farming lots of gold first, then start hitting up the druids you know well on the server. Good luck!

Yeah, Sethekk Halls is only in BC, and in order to fight Anzu the Raven god, who drops it, you need a Druid who has a special item to summon him. It's the very last part of the Epic Flight Form quest, in case you were wondering about that. I know this because I am a druid with Epic Flight form. Meh, I'll never get the mount, though, because I'm too nice and all my friends have dibs on it. Well, at least I have my purple bird form. Purple's my favorite color!

You get this mount (ravenlord) off the epic druid quest summoned mob "Anzu" in Heroic Sethekk Halls. drop rate is really low though.

If you're exalted with the Cenarion Expedition (ie. Zangarmarsh), you can BUY a hippogryph for 1600 gold.
