hey.. i heard that its a warning from a south american who dreams of the future. he once send letter to japanese police, informing them of a governor of fukouka being killed by some pple. they didnt believe.. and years later, it really happened. and this same gu dreamt of a major earthquake on 13 sep 08, that's why i was searching online for this new and found this video. noone heard about this south american?
