This film is about general stereotypes, and how the boy who met this Asian hating old man who hated life, never got close with sons, loved his dead wife, and regretted alot of things after the Korean war, is very unhappy. And in the end, a local gang that threatens Walt's new neighborhors, forces him to protect the same people he would've despised a few weeks ago.
