Sure your guitar is a tiny bit out of tune, or whatever it is - BUT your performance is solid and stable, and i commend you for that...just the ending might need a little work lol very good though - I remember how long it took me to learn this.
Standard E, I guess I got too excited when I managed to get it right and went straight for the recording :) ! Or maybe youtube's messed up the sound quality after uploading, the original .avi sounds much better.

what are you tuned to? it sounds kinda off. maybe you shouldve tuned it better before recording
