a true masterpice, teesri kasam is produced by lyricist shailendra, who has also written this lovely song. with him is the famous rk team: inimitable mukesh and great music director duo shankar-jaikishen. on its first release, the film was a big flop. three months after its release, stressed by financial problems, a heart broken shailendra died in dec. 1966. but his songs live and will do so forever.

But if you look at how the company was built and structured, you will notice that it was done by his father and not by him or his brother, Anil. they may have taken the company further but its also the others who have done the work for them as well as themselves..
