Im Swedish and I must say this is a really really wierd recipe but it looks very intresting. I never seen someone boil meatballs before but I will try this!

I missed the rice part. When do you add the rice? Do you cook it before mixing it with the beef/crumb mix?

You add the rice, right with the beef/crumb mix. I do not precook the rice. The rice cooks in the crock pot with the meatballs. You may cook the rice if you would prefer,I just like it when it all cooks together. Thanks for watching! Let me know how they turn out.

What you'll have to do is, cook the rice first, then add it to your ground beef,then bake the meatballs in the oven till they are brown,after they have browned ,add them to the cream of mushroom soup in a pan on top of your stove,let them simmer,keep checking on them ,if the (soup) gets low, you can always add another can of mushroom soup,but make sure you prepare the soup before you add it.LEt me know how it turns out for you when you make it.
