Also, Courtney has actually spoken on killing Kurt before his death. Kurt's fingerprints were not on the shotgun, and there were no gloves near his body. So, threw hard research I've came with the conclusion that either Courtney killed him or hired a hitman, this video doesn't show me why she wouldn't have.
