  • Great man and dearly missed. He was the best of the best....may he rest in peace! Cathy T

  • We did lose a legend when Conway died, one of my saddest days of my life. Mr. twitty had 55 #1 hits, only George Strait had more with 57. I love both singers/songwriters, but Conway is my favorite. Mr. Twitty is by far one of the greatest country music stars of all time. the world lost a great legend in his passing, but I guess God needed him more for the big house up there in His kingdom, wow, I can almost hear the most beautiful sound I ever heard, an "ALL THE ANGELS SINGS".

  • Love this song & I think sometimes he is singing about George Jones who he admired so much.

Conway never sang a bad song & gave us his all in each & every song he sang.

To bad "Final Touches" his last song got about 3% of air time if that.

I will never forget him & I will listen to him sing until I can hear no more.

Conway, John & Pork Chop are now gone but we will never forget their wonderful music & how much Conway put into his songs. Greatest Vocal Range Ever.

  • Conway hit #19 in Billboard, 12-28-85. God bless ya, Conway!

  • other than family the saddest loss I knew even topped elvis for me no disrespect I simply love his music and as so many I can remember where I was when I heard he moved on to a heavenly choir. He was an original talent pure vocals, no need for fireworks.......... he was the total package
