you dont have to put more power to subs to make them sound better. A kicker amp has much better quality to it, and if you get a kicker 1500 it would sound twice as good and hit twice as hard.
Tex512, the amp puts out 1500W RMS x 1 @ 2ohm. The subs are 750 W RMS each, so if you do simple math....750 x 2 = 1500. Why would I want to put more power to the subs than they can handle?
and mr2142, I'm not very good at metric, since I'm American, but I know that on a quiet night my best friend can hear me coming into town about 3 miles away (kinda helps since there is just a back way into town w/o anything in the way to block the sound -- buildings and stuff)
right razer, excursion is sure sign that subs are gonna blow, if they are not reaching the end of the spider and surround limits and the voice coil is not overheating or bottoming out you can beat subs all day bro, all day.
lol nice, as long as you can laser scan it to have at least 51% of the bill, by law, it's still worth the written value. lol, i've seen some vids on Utube with like 2 square 15s but almost no porting, gonna blow speakers out in like a month tops lol. i saw one where the single kicker sq. 15" was flexin like 3-4 inches, i saw a blow coming pretty soon.

I love it. Very powerful (1500W RMS) and has a remote gain knob. It even lights up. Looks very nice at night :)
