Hmm ... is it just me or does Sima Yi seems to have less moves than Ling Tong?

They are.

His special attack takes too much time to let off, but, you can chain that with his hold+triangle, r1+down, up triangle, then r1+triangle, then, dash in and slash the hell out of the unfortunate soul that gets caught in all of that.

this guy seems pretty good, since he can attack everyone around him at times
