@dbw16d This is technically a tarptent too then. It is single wall shelter and not free standing. This looks like the TarpTent "Moment" (Same single hoop pole) only smaller, which is only 808 grams. and costs only $215, not $400.

@knarfster Sorry, apparently it is a two wall tent. So it is te lightest "2 wall" tent in the world according to Guinness. It is not THE lightest tent in the World. Apparently the Photon has a bad condensation problem even though it is a 2 wall.

The lightest full bathtub, full bug screened tent is the Gossamer gear "The One" which is $325.

one thing to remember about this tent is the pegs are absolute crap. Even the meekest breeze will pull them out of the ground, then you will find out just how light the tent is as it flies off.

If you do buy it, get yourself some decent pegs and throw the ones that come with the tent away.

@bluntsalot . No, the "Ground" you are seeing is the vestibule where you store gear or cook when it is raining. This tent is fully bug proof. It has a regular bathtub floor and no-seeum netting.

I have the laser compo with this replaces and i can sit up perfectly fine with inches to spare, have plenty of room for my rucksack and to cook, but this looks very shirt in hight for some reason, but i cant see terra nova not making it as tall as the compo

Weight 790g. This includes everything: Inner, outer, stuffsac, pegs, pole etc.

Some other manufacturers quote "min weight", not including flysheet and stuffsac.

Also since the flysheet goes up first it can be put up in the rain.
