The rope is not tied NEAR the penis. Look at the anatomy of a bull. They tie a rope NOT TIGHTLY around it right before the back legs. The penis of the bull is directly in the middle of its body underneath. The rope is not even tied to or the close to the testicles either so dont say anything about that either.

You cant say get rid of rodeo completly for one rodeo consists of more than just bull riding and second this is mexican bull riding. they dont care about the bulls. In Canada and the States the bulls are cared for better than some people get cared for.
