For those who can't click on repoussé, check if your 3D settings are set up so that OpenGL is the renderer instead of raytracing.

If you cant click on repousse, just change the text type. It cant be a faux bold text which most texts are.

I just came across what I think is a glitch with the 3D system. If you get a notification with something like "Cannot complete the request because the text layer uses a faux bold style" all you need to do is click warp text, then click ok. it removes the faux bold style and you can use the 3D settings.

Now if the OpenGL box is in gray.. we are fucked up... we need to get a VGA card!

@YouDucks32 The top button on the left is the move tool. The text layer is the text itself. When you have typed something you see a layer at the right side with the letter T as an image.

If it still doesn't work, then that means that you don't have a graphics card.
