Let me answer the question: What do I know on $cientology? $cientology screw me up. Yes, at Flag. The Registrar and another OT who brought me there, they knew I was facing distress situation in family and business. They knew I would go broke if $cientology didn't work... and it didn't. I went broke. I lost my business, a divorce and now I am much worst than I was. I asked for refund, they never did. This is $cientology. I guess I answered the question.

You need to be prepared and educated, bring fotocopies of court facts and testemonials from ex scientologists with you. Be nice to them and respectful, remember that these people are not in the sea org and have no knowlege of what really happens there. For instance, a religion will not charge you for it's teachings.

they might charge for services like marriage and stuff like that, but anyone can access the bible anywhere, even motels.

A religion is open for questioning, and does not get upset when aspects of it's belief are parodied and/or questioned like tommy davis did when he walked out on an interviewer after being asked about Xenu.

Then of course, there's the fact that scientology is a religion that is based on unproven science that has never been backed by actual scientists and/or documentation. Hubbard speaks of years of research, where is documentation to back this up?

And then there's the hipocrisy of Scientology claiming psychiatry is evil with no evidence to back this up other than "Look around, there's poverty, that's all because of Psychiatry!"

But, of course they use psychiatry in their practices, for example auditing is just the same as counseling where you lay down and the psychiatrist will ask you about your life since you were a child, in order to possibly discover a specific source of trauma as an adult, this is basicly what auditing is, and all of it is based on psychiatry.
