congrats on week 30!!!! im 30 weeks tomorrow :) your belly is soo big :0 but so cute! my doctor gave me that DVD as well. i loved it, its definately very informative!

AH, it's so crazy, I couldn't wait for this point and now the time span just gets SO SHORT, crazy! good i'm glad to hear others are getting that dvd, i didn't even watch beyond the car seat part yet just bc i thought that was a very good segment and thats when i made my 30 wk video after watching that so i still have to check out the rest! i'm waiting for a time my husband and i can watch together, he's got plenty to learn as well!!

i am getting so anxious, 10 weeks is still a good amount of time but the weeks have been going by so fast I'm sure it will sneak up on me!!

haha, yes 30 weeks, phew!  very exciting. I can't believe how fast it's going, which I'll probably say every week but you knwo what I mean. I CAN NOT wait to see your 3d!! How fun!

massge the perineum, there's a link on how to do so in the sidebar. it may actually help prevent tearing during delivery, i'd check it out. it's different but might be worthwhile, doesn't need to be done until 5 weeks before due date.
