prosper still looks at your credit report, i was just denied for having a low credit score,,,I throught it was for people with credit challenges, I am able to pay for the loan and pay it off, because of a co-signer my credit score is low, something people do not look at when pulling your report....if they looked closely they would see accounts as paid and being paid, and one that was a joint account....which was not in good standing because of co-signing.

Yes it is legit. The news clip is from a rather reliable source. They've done our honework to a certain degree. I'm doing my own due diligence too. Thus far this looks totally legit. Read the testimonial stories on the site. Do some Googling. Looks solid.

A man in India recently won a NOBEL prize. He was the first on earth to create micro lending. And guess what buddy? Over 98% of the loans are repaid. Get a clue you establishment blowhard.
I am saying the banks use scams. More accurately they practice legalized theft. PERIOD.Putting money in a bank in the US is stupid because earned interest is ridiculously low. Borrow money however and pay through the nose. The banks like credit card companies suck all kinds of fees from the consumers too. SCAMMERS one and all.
oh well back to searching for bad credit loans...
