LCPDFR has an automatic installer, just run the installer.

No. You need to download SparkIV, which I have provided a link to in the description, and install the vehicles through that program. YouTube SparkIV tutorials to find out how to do it. You'll understand it much better if you watch a video on how to do it than if I were to type it in a response.

Once you have installed them using SparkIV, the new vehicle simply replaces the default vehicle in the game. For example, if you were to download a police car, it will replace one of the default cruisers. So, you will see the newly installed police car driving throughout the city and parked at police stations.

It just depends on how good your computer is. I can record and not lose much frame rate. The videos with the slower lights is because the computer can't keep the frame rate up while recording.

Its called the Emergency Lighting Mod. You can download it at gtapolicemods (.) com. However, they are making changes to the site so it isn't working right now.

If you want to use the latest version of the emergency lighting mod, you need 1.0.7. If you want to use LCPDFR, I think it will work on either.
