This is clearly fake, to skydive alone an A license is required. Anyone with an A license would not be flipping through the air, following zero safety procedures. I'f an emergency arises remember look right, grab red, look left pull red, pull silver!
You don't know what you're talking about. This incident occurred either in Mexico or Latin America. USPA does not govern them. And at any rate, you don't need an A License to skydive solo in the US. Ever heard of Static Line? You start off on the static line and then work your way up doing longer freefall delays until your A License card is fulfilled. If I remember correctly, the deceased in this video was 13 years old. Claiming to be the youngest skydiver in the world.

im appalled that people are actually laughing at this video, a man died in sheer terror, watching the ground come flying towards him, he would have know he was going to die and could do absolutely nothing to stop it.... to me thats a terrifying thought and i think its disgusting and disgracefull that people have laughed at this!
There should be a warning that this shows a (fatality ?). As a skydiver I know that most parachutes are now fitted with an automatic activation device. This would have saved this persons life. Bad, Bad youtube video
