I furst heard this song in the movie "King Kong Meets the Japanese Smog Monster" it was also feautured in the Syrian masterpeace "Zombies of the Stratoshpere" starring Yasser Arafat
a few years back I actually did meet my old lover from high school. after 23 years! both of us married/divorced with kids. we hung out, went over old times, spent a night together, then went back to our seperate lives. it was like returning to old times.Upon driving away, I thought of this song.
@PHARRAOH i found a guy I had sex with in high school & disappointment was an understatement- he was not the person I thought he would be & he is actually not the kind of person I like to associate with -simply put he is not worth a fuck
@belziebub I've met some of them who found me on face book. very disappointing. I look at life as journey, a thing to be enjoyed, with adventure, meeting new friends, remembering and learning from our pasts. visiting places from our past and so on. These people I've been meeting after decades, are dead inside! hollow! like you said, not worth a fuck :-) peace be with you and happiness finds you.
@belziebub Time is the ultimate judge...no one can see the future or can guess at its path. I just hope you are happy with what has transpired with yours. Smile when you can, laugh when you must, but always know life is short and all of your time should be appreciated.
His wonderful music stands for itself. On his website someone wrote "it is hard to imagine heaven, without Dan there". So very true. To the Morning (from Home Free) may very well be the most beautiful song ever written and recorded...if you have not listened to it, do. Dan wrote and recorded it at either 17 or 18 yrs old...what a magical talent
I was shocked to find out that Falco and Paul Shenar were dead. I went to their IMDB pages to find out they were both dead. Same with the guy who played on Roseanne.
