thanks! During the summer day the wind lightly blows from that direction. In the late afternoon, all night and morning it blows from the opposite direction. The tubine is placed where it needs to be.

An excellent video. The "weather" passing over seem to place the turbine on the turbulent downwind side of that hill.

There are faster ways but there is a lot more involved than is shown. There was a military ceiling for the blade tips and the foundation had to be dropped substantially. Fortunately, they agreed to our 'fix'. More work and money than we wanted but it worked. There was even involved but this was the best solution.
