  • Having good teeth is immeasurably important. I wish their were programs to help adults get braces and false teeth. I know people that are employed full-time but still can't get treatment.

  • Thanks for posting these. Many people who take good care of their teeth, and never expect to wear dentures, can be affected by medications, accidents, or damage by over-enthusiastic dentists in the past. This is wonderful While everyone would rather have their own teeth, there is no reason that dentures should not be shown for the improvements which have been made, and those who are 'lucky' need to be supportive and accepting.

  • ppl are retarded. its the imperfections that make us all beautiful and who we are. fuck the hollywood idea of beauty! Im 33 and had my teeth knocked out does that make me any worse then anyone else?it could happen to any of you superficial scumbags!

  • well some people are lucky and won't ever have to have dentures. I'm a 23 yr. old female and I have dentures....so it's not just old people that have dentures anymore. And what horrible things to say, i'm sure none of you would like it if someone called you a fat ass, or an old bitch....or even ugly. So what did we learn today child, treat other how you would want to be treated....With kindness and respect.

  • @Karoger1987 do u make a clicking sound with them?

  • got you lot are really disrespectful when you are online behind your screens type loads of ccrap, with no fear of retribution.

  • England's socialized health care system tries everything to discourage patients from seeking the best and of course the most expensive treatment procedures.

And no, the dentures don't look good at all!

  • @airste172 Nobody is discouraging anybody from wanting great dental care. But if you lose your teeth regardless of caring well for them,....due to chemotherapy,....an accident,....systemic disease. So many of you are acting as if these women CHOSE to lose their teeth. It's embarassing and it's YOU who discourage, just by being so judgmental with nasty comments. With no teeth, and unable to afford $5-$10K for dentures, being laughed at, people grossed out...can't you see how this hurts people.

  • @Merrida100 My comment was about the QUALITY of the work done from what I see in the video and in no way reflects upon the recipients of such poor workmanship.

  • @airste172 Ahh, I see what you are talking about. Reminds me of dentures in the 50's where every tooth was the same shape and same colour and the bottom of all the teeth looked fused together, vs. looking like individual teeth. And there was no luminosity, no reflectivity. Okay, thank you for clarifying. For people who can afford it at least, they've gotten a lot better at making fake teeth look at least a tad more "real" than chicklets. Good point.

  • Are you seriously telling me that this moose is under 44?

  • @sibelius95 Yeah, that's real nice. How would you feel WHEN you turn 44, and you will,...and what if something happened where you lost your teeth. We put a premium on "smiles" and loss of teeth is a loss of power, control, esteem, you age, bone loss causes facial collapse...you don't think that ADDS to how old you'd look? Seriously, take your healthy teen body and try to be humane for a moment and think: What if it happened to you. Can't say it wouldn't, you don't know. How would you feel?
