Almost every church is welcoming. They want you to become a member. My church, LDS (Mormon) is very welcoming, and then we hit you with tons of responsibilities, as we have no paid staff or clergy.

"Thou cannot serve God and mammon." So a believer can never have a good relationship with anyone. That's one of the reasons there are so many "christian" divorces. Adulthood begins after the discarding of all gods, not before. The biblical god is a retard.
Aside from being friendly, familiar, and inviting, why would anyone watching this want to become an Episcopalian? You can find these qualities in your neighborhood pub. Do these kids even know what their church teaches, or what makes them different from other Christians? Do they have faith or just self-fulfilment? Do they know that they were founded by a murderous king seeking a divorce? Why settle for a simulation of Catholicism when they could have the real thing?
I'm Christian. However, sometimes when teenagers get involved in a church, and definitely this video project, it is a form of brainwashing and can lead to bad things. I hope for the best for these teenagers.

A true saving faith, not mere intellectual ascent, where one is a new creature in Christ (2 Cor 5:17), born again of the Holy Spirit. (John 3) Christ dwelling within (Rom 8:10). If one is born again, he is required to do the will of God as He directs (Matt 7:21-23) inc. Works (James 2 etc), but until the blood of Christ has been truly imputed to you, all your works are as filthy rags (Is 64:6).
I used to go to an Anglican church as a child. After much much sin of my teenage years, I actually heard the true Gospel when I met a genuine born again Christian, truly walking with Jesus. A Good, Holy God MUST punish sin, There is a Hell to Shun, a Heaven to Gain. Only through Christ can we be set free from the power of sin (blasphemy, idolatory, lying, stealing, covetousness, rebellion against your parents etc etc.) You must be born again! Do think Jesus was joking/lying when he said this?

I think that it is wonderful when young people can freely express their faith without hesitation and fear. This should be circulated throughout the Episcopal church throughout any group of young people deciding to join the church or not.
Nice video- great to see these young people with faith. I am currently working to get my own children more interested in Sunday School, youth group, and acoylites. (sp?) It was the heart of my faith when I was a kid and enjoyed it so much.
