About the interpretation I thought about a call, or some kind of crowd with the information and news about Floras holiday. Calling for all nymphs and shepherds to come and join the celebrating. In the last stanza with "nymphs and shepherds......." I make a comparatively clear diminuendo to emphasize, that the crowd is moving further on and away. I guess you should be able to hear that in the recording of my singing. There are many stazas, so I think it is very important to each stanza different
